Terms of Service

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the Service. Antic is a sports analytics tool and does not host, accept, or facilitate wagering of any kind.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tryantic.com of any unauthorized access. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep it updated. False information, including age misrepresentation, is a material breach resulting in immediate termination.

You represent that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Antic Labs LLC makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all locations.

A limited free tier is available with restricted feature access as determined by us in our sole discretion.

Paid plans ("Pro" and "Sharp") are billed monthly or annually in USD. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through Stripe, Inc. until cancellation.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at period end. No partial refunds for unused time, except as stated in 3.4 or required by law.

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of their initial charge. After this window, charges are non-refundable except for billing errors, post-cancellation charges, or as required by applicable law. Contact support@tryantic.com to request a refund.

We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective platform's payment and refund policies.

All content, features, source code, design, logos, trademarks, quantitative models, and analytics methodologies comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Antic Labs LLC and protected by U.S. and international IP law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms and applicable subscription fees.

Sports scores, statistics, and odds from ESPN and licensed providers are subject to their respective license terms and are not owned by Antic Labs LLC. Systematic reproduction is prohibited.

You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any feedback or suggestions you submit for any purpose without compensation or attribution.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE GAMBLING, FINANCIAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE OF ANY KIND. ALL STATISTICAL PROJECTIONS, PICKS, WIN PROBABILITY ESTIMATES, AND ANALYSES ARE MATHEMATICAL OUTPUTS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. SPORTS BETTING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS. ANTIC LABS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM SPORTS WAGERING OR DECISIONS BASED ON THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

Sports data, odds, and statistics are sourced from third parties and may contain errors or delays. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Verify all information independently before making decisions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTIC LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, GAMBLING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) $50.00.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antic Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, members, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of applicable law; or (d) your use of the Service in connection with wagering activity.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@tryantic.com or using the account deletion feature in the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for: violation of these Terms; conduct harmful to users or the Service; non-payment; or as required by law. No refund is issued upon termination for cause.

Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination of these Terms.

Contact us at support@tryantic.com before initiating formal proceedings. We will attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days of written notice.

Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, with a single arbitrator, conducted in English in Michigan or via video conference. The award is final and binding.

YOU AND ANTIC LABS LLC AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

These Terms are governed by Michigan law. State and federal courts in Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action, or it is permanently barred.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Antic Labs LLC regarding the Service, superseding all prior agreements.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

We may modify these Terms with 14 days' notice via in-app notice and/or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept modified Terms, cease using the Service.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Antic Labs LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
