Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 25, 2026  ·  Last Reviewed: June 25, 2026

Operator: Antic Labs LLC  ·  Michigan, United States

Important Notice: Antic is a sports analytics and data platform intended strictly for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not facilitate, accept, or process sports wagers of any kind. Statistical analysis provided does not constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice. Antic does not host, accept, or facilitate wagers of any kind.

Antic Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the Antic mobile application and website (https://tryantic.com) (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1.

Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account registration data: email address, display name, and password (stored as a hashed value — we never store plaintext passwords)
  • Social sign-in data: when you use Google or Sign in with Apple, the provider returns the account email address authorized for Antic. If Apple Hide My Email is selected, Apple provides a private relay address instead of the underlying iCloud address; we use that relay only to deliver authorized account and opted-in marketing emails.
  • Payment and subscription information: processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. We receive only a tokenized identifier and subscription status — we never see or store raw card numbers
  • Communications: any messages, feedback, or bug reports you submit through the Service, including through our in-app reporting tool
  • Profile preferences: sport preferences, notification settings, and watchlist configurations you save within the Service

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device identifiers: device type, operating system and version, unique device ID (iOS Identifier for Vendor / Android Advertising ID)
  • Usage analytics: screens viewed, features accessed, session duration, tap interactions, and error logs — collected to improve product reliability and user experience
  • IP address and approximate geolocation: derived from your IP address for fraud prevention and region-appropriate content display
  • App Store or Play Store metadata: installation source and app version, provided by Apple or Google
  • Crash and performance reports: anonymous diagnostic data collected via on-device logging

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect: your actual betting history, wager amounts, gambling account credentials, Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, biometric data, precise GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access, or any health-related data. Antic is not a sportsbook and processes no financial transactions related to sports wagering.

1.4 Information from Third Parties

We receive sports data — including scores, player statistics, odds, and injury reports — from ESPN public APIs and licensed odds data providers. This data is sports information only and is not linked to your identity.

2.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes, all of which constitute our legitimate business interests or are necessary to perform our contract with you:

  • To create and maintain your account and provide access to the Service
  • To process subscription payments through Stripe and manage your membership tier
  • To deliver real-time sports analytics, odds data, player prop analysis, and system picks
  • To personalize your experience — remembering your sport preferences, favorite teams, and UI settings
  • To send transactional communications: account confirmations, password resets, subscription receipts, and material policy updates
  • To send product communications (newsletters, feature announcements, market updates, and member offers) only if you have opted in — we record your marketing choice and you may opt out at any time
  • To monitor, debug, and improve the reliability and performance of the Service
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
  • To comply with legal obligations, court orders, and lawful government requests
  • To exercise or defend our legal rights

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, sell to data brokers, or serve behavioral advertising to third parties.

3.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / International Users)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions with similar data protection requirements, our legal basis for processing personal data is:

  • Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the Service you signed up for (account management, subscription delivery)
  • Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, security monitoring, product improvement, and communications about the Service, where our interests are not overridden by your rights
  • Legal obligation — processing required to comply with applicable law
  • Consent — where we rely on consent (e.g., marketing emails), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
4.

How We Share Your Information

4.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data

Antic Labs LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing aggregators.

4.2 Service Providers (Data Processors)

We engage trusted vendors who process data solely on our behalf, under written data processing agreements, to operate the Service:

  • Supabase, Inc. — database infrastructure (PostgreSQL), user authentication, and real-time data streaming. Hosted on AWS US-East infrastructure
  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DDoS protection, DNS, and edge security
  • Apple, Inc. / Google LLC — app distribution via the App Store and Google Play Store
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — server hosting for our backend data ingestion engine
  • Discord, Inc. — if you connect your Discord account for notifications, Discord processes data per their own privacy policy

4.3 Legal Disclosures

We may disclose your information when required by applicable law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority; to enforce our Terms of Service; to investigate potential violations; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Antic Labs LLC, our users, or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers

If Antic Labs LLC is acquired by or merged with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you prior to your data being subject to a materially different privacy policy.

5.

Data Retention

  • Active account data: retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days following account deletion to allow for recovery requests
  • Payment records: retained for 7 years as required under U.S. financial recordkeeping laws
  • Usage analytics: aggregated and anonymized after 24 months
  • Bug reports and support communications: retained for 2 years
  • Marketing preferences and suppression records: retained as needed to honor opt-outs and prevent unwanted messages, then deleted or anonymized under our retention process
  • Deleted account data: personal identifiers removed within 30 days of a verified deletion request; anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely
6.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption in transit: all data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.2 or higher
  • Encryption at rest: database contents encrypted using AES-256
  • Authentication: passwords hashed using bcrypt with a minimum cost factor of 12; optional two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Access controls: least-privilege access principles; production data accessible only to authorized personnel
  • Infrastructure: hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law, and no later than 72 hours for EEA users under GDPR Article 33.

7.

Cookies and Local Storage

  • Session cookies: strictly necessary cookies used solely to maintain your authenticated session. These expire when you close your browser
  • LocalStorage: we store your sport preferences, UI settings, and watchlist locally on your device using browser localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers
  • No advertising cookies: we do not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiling
  • Analytics: we may use privacy-preserving, aggregated analytics (no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting) to understand feature usage

You may clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser or device settings. Disabling session cookies will prevent login functionality.

Our affiliate relationships with sportsbook operators do not affect the independence or accuracy of our analytics data.

12.
