Antic Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the Antic mobile application and website (https://tryantic.com) (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We do not collect: your actual betting history, wager amounts, gambling account credentials, Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, biometric data, precise GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access, or any health-related data. Antic is not a sportsbook and processes no financial transactions related to sports wagering.

We receive sports data — including scores, player statistics, odds, and injury reports — from ESPN public APIs and licensed odds data providers. This data is sports information only and is not linked to your identity.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us personal information, we will delete it promptly. Users must be at least 18 years of age (21 in jurisdictions where required) to use the Service. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@tryantic.com immediately.
Antic provides sports analytics data for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, daily fantasy operator, or gambling service. We do not process bets, hold funds, or facilitate wagering transactions.
Sports betting is regulated differently across jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing sports analytics data is lawful in your jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age and that your use of the Service complies with applicable law.
We implement age-gating at account registration and reserve the right to suspend accounts where we have reasonable suspicion of underage use.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, sportsbooks, or services, including affiliate links to licensed sportsbook operators. These third parties have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their data practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing them your information.
Our affiliate relationships with sportsbook operators do not affect the independence or accuracy of our analytics data.
If you grant permission, we may send push notifications for: live game alerts, system pick releases, injury news, and line movement alerts. You may revoke notification permissions at any time through your device settings without affecting your account access.
Transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, subscription changes) are required for account functionality and cannot be individually opted out of while your account is active.
Our servers and service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, including from the EEA, your data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to protect transfers of personal data from the EEA.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by: (a) prominent notice within the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect; (b) email notification to your registered address; and (c) updating the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not accept the revised policy, you must cease using the Service and may request account deletion.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
